I grew up in Orange County, California where I spent way too much time experimenting with Ouija boards and not enough time enjoying the perfect weather. I earned my BA in Politics and MA in Education from UC Santa Cruz. I now live on Padre Island in south Texas with my husband and two kids. I’m happiest when playing in the surf with my family.
